All of our natural skincare products are freshly made to order and shipped to you. Please join our email list to get exclusive, early sales and access to our current stock.

Orders are processed during our business hours of Tues - Fri 10am to 4pm EST only.  We are closed for any business operations on Sat, Sun, Mon and all major holidays.

During major holiday season and during our sales orders may take up to 4 business days to process before shipping. After your order leaves the “Handmade with Love” Factory here in Orlando, Florida, it ships via USPS first class mail. Acts of God, holidays & inclement weather can delay shipping. Please check your tracking number on USPS.com up to 48 hours after receiving it via email for updates. We ship to the U.S only EXCLUDING Hawaii, Puerto Rico  and Alaska. 

Absolutely NO returns are accepted due to sanitary reasons, so please ensure your order is correct before purchasing. NO refunds however, a store credit (minus shipping) will be given if we made an error in your order. Every order is packed with extreme care to ensure a safe delivery to your doorstep. We are not responsible nor liable for orders sent to the wrong address (ensure you input your correct address), lost or damaged due to poor handling from USPS. If your order arrives to you damaged or hasn’t arrived after 2 weeks, please contact USPS customer service with your tracking number for resolution from USPS.
